Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our wellness and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at orders@goodelivinglifestyle.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
